Additional tenant fee £50.00 (INC VAT).
Processing the application, associated paperwork and referencing.
Guarantor fee £50.00 (inc Vat).
Covering credit referencing and preparing deed of guarantee as part of the tenancy agreement.
DURING YOUR TENANCY:
Renewal Fee. £180.00 (INC VAT).
Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging the new fixed term tenancy agreement.
Future landlord reference fee £24.00 (INC VAT) per reference request.
Collating information and preparing a reference for a future landlord or lettings agent.
Out of Hours services £24.00 per hour (INC VAT) plus any cost incurred.
Where actions of the tenant result in the agent (or nominated contractor) attending the property, time to remedy the situation is charged at the hourly rate.
Missed appointment fee £24.00 (INC VAT) per visit.
where tenant did not provide access to appointed contractors/ or the agent for an arranged visit.
Unpaid rent / Returned payments – interest at 8% above Bank Of England Base Rate from Due Date.
Professional Cleaning (IF REQUIRED) £24.00 per hour (INC VAT).
Which may be deducted from the security deposit. Only charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the proper to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.
