Levels of Service offered:
Tenant Find Includes:
- Collect and remit initial month rent and deposit received.
- Provide tenant with method of payment.
- deduct any pre tenancy invoices.
- Create tenancy contract.
Fully Managed Includes:
- Collect and remit initial month rent and deposit received.
- Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions.
- Deduct commission and other works.
- Undertake inspections
- Arrange repairs and instruct approved contractors.
ADDITIONAL NON-OPTIONAL FEES AND CHARGES (IRRESPECTIVE OF LEVEL OF SERVICE)
Deposit dispute handling fee; 12% (inc VAT) of amount of deposit.
Were a dispute arises over the return of the deposit, Logic will administer and provide information required by the DPS.
Additional property visits: £36 (INC VAT)
To attend to specific requests such as neighbour disputes, more visits that are required to monitor the tenancy ; or any
maintenance linked visits.
Contract Renewal Fee; £150.00 (INC VAT)
Contract negotiation, amending arranging a further tenancy if a further fixed term is needed after the initial fixed term
becomes periodic.
Court Attendance; £180.00 (INC VAT) per person, per hour
For attending court, Example gaining legal possession. The fee is chargeable per hour per person present from Logic Estates.
